CDMS are regarded as a specialist in the design of pressure vessels, heat exchangers and tanks to Australian and other standards. Among its clients are BHP Billiton, Alcoa, Woodside and Worley Parsons.

Some typical examples of work performed by us include:
- GE Water and Process Technologies. CDMS performed a flexibility/pipe Stress analysis and design of supports for piping.
- Piping stress analysis for BP Kwinana upgrade.
- Design for a 1200NB main cooling water and return lines for gas turbines of Western Power, Cockburn Power Station.
- Design for the BHP DRI Cooling water supply & return line manifolds to 80 off Fin Fan Cooler Bundles. We also performed various stress analysis to hot feed legs.
- Design of piping in new Fremantle bitumen plant and from plant to wharf.
