Fit for Service Assessments

CDMS offers fit-for-service assessments for the following:

• Pressure vessels, heat exchangers and pressure piping in accordance with AS/NZS 3788 & API RP 579.
• Tanks to API 653 and API RP 579.

RBI (Risk Based Inspection)

CDMS offers RBI assessments for pressure vessels, heat exchangers and pressure piping to API RP 580. Using RBI it is possible to extend the inspection period of pressure vessels, heat exchangers and so on – for example from 10 to 15 years, depending on the outcome of the assessment.

CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

CDMS is able to develop a custom CMMS for clients. Off the shelf CMMS use a one size fits all approach – the one product is designed to be used by all companies in the industry. This often results in a complicated user interface, with many fields and tabs and redundant functions with each company only using a small part of the user interface and functions. A custom CMMS often is more cost effective than the off the shelf product due to its simpler requirements.
